Heating Up Our Shredded Beef, Pork, Asado Negro and Beans

Heating Up Our Shredded Beef, Pork, Asado Negro and Beans

You can now get some of our delicious Arepa & Co food at home. Our shredded beef, pork and black beans come in frozen packs that you can keep in the freezer until the day you want to have them. Here's the instructions on how to get them ready to eat:

  1. Take the packet from the freezer and place it directly into a pan with boiling water. Ensure the food pack is fully submerged in the boiling water.

  2. Let the packet boil for 10 minutes. Tip: Whilst is good to move the packet in the water from time to time, don't do it with sharp utensils as these can perforate the bag and let water into the food, ruining its texture and flavour.

  3. Once the 10 minutes are up, take the packet out of the boiling water and open one of the corners and pour its contents into a bowl and mix it well before serving.

Enjoy!
